We offer worldwide shipping where service is available through our distribution partners.
USA & Canada Orders
Most deliveries within the US & Canada ship within 6 business days and should arrive at the order address within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email being received. Please note that high order volumes and other extraneous circumstances may extend these times.
Worldwide Orders
Deliveries outside of the US & Canada usually ship within 9 business days and may take anywhere from 7 to 45 days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customer-selected courier at checkout. Several factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country, may extend these times.
If you have not received your package and your tracking either shows that the package has been delivered, or if the tracking has not updated within the past 14 days, please call your local post office and provide your tracking number for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, your local post office may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
We aim to provide accurate shipping & delivery estimates for pre-order and back-ordered products, but may be limited by production delays, shipping delays, and other factors outside of our control. Delays Due to Initial Releases
For some products, initial release order volumes can cause fulfillment to lag behind our typical fulfillment timeline. If you have not received shipping confirmation within 21 business days of placing your order, please contact support@uberdanger.com
